Quickly see who’s on site, browse through historical entries, or export the data to Microsoft® Excel® for advanced data manipulation and analytics. Your head office can make decisions based on data that is only minutes old and not days or even weeks. Sign in time at the tablet is minimal and is usually much faster than most pen and paper methods.
Our web console is locked down and all data is transferred over SSL, backed by 256-bit AES. “Front Desk” to you is just another unique ID to us. Your data is stored and replicated off-site, out of harm’s way. Tablets are locked down to be only using the VisTab application and with a built in alarm to deter theft.
Protect information about the sign-in history on the tablet with a PIN and prevent unauthorised people from accessing sensitive data. Use the built-in privacy feature to only show names with an exact match while allowing them to sign in or out on the tablet. Our Web Portal gives you extensive insight into your site's sign-in data and history.

We have designed the system using industry security best practices, with an infrastructure that exposes as little as possible to the outside world. We are audited by a third party in this regard.
All data and servers are hosted on ISO 27001-certified AWS (Amazon Web Services) datacentres located in Sydney. This is in line with MBIE’s own recommendation to NZ Government Agencies in regards to where they recommend what Infrastructure as a Service to use.
